Sounds gross? Maybe. But, it tastes DELICIOUS. I am not a huge health nut/ smoothie maker, but was having a craving since it’s so hot outside right now. I gulped this down in about 5 seconds, which means it’s good because I am a notoriously slow eater. Here’s the recipe below.
Serves 1-2 people
1 ripe banana
1 cup Kale
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1.5 cups milk
Honey to taste (I used about 1 tablespoon)
Dunk all of that into a blender and mix it up! And done.
